Terms of Service & Salon Policies

1. Appointment Arrival & Check-In

1. Arrival Protocol: To ensure a smooth transition between clients, please call or text us at (945) 372-8435 when you are five (5) minutes away or immediately upon your arrival.
2. Waiting Area: If a stylist is currently finishing with a previous client, we kindly ask for your patience. We strive to stay on schedule and will be with you as soon as possible.

2. Cancellation & Deposit Policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposits: A $25.00 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is strictly non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new date only if you provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your original appointment time.
3. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged 30% of the total service cost.

3. Lateness & No-Show Policy

1. Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
2. Late Fees: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $20.00 late fee will be added to your total.
3. Cancellations due to Lateness: If you are between 30 and 45 minutes late without prior communication (No Call/No Text), your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and a 50% charge of the total service cost will be applied.

4. Salon Environment & Conduct

1. Prohibited Items: For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, smoking, vaping, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on-site.
2. Professionalism: We maintain a respectful environment and expect the same from our guests. Disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the service.
3. Guest Policy: Due to limited space, you may bring no more than one (1) additional person with you to your appointment.

5. Scheduling & Special Requests

1. Standard Hours: We are closed on Tuesday and Sunday.
2. After-Hours/Holiday Appointments: If you require a service on a day we are closed, an additional convenience fee of $80.00 will be added to your service total.
3. Retail Products: We offer professional-grade hair oils and sprays for sale on-site to assist with your hair maintenance.

6. Changes to This Policy

K.C. Hairbraiding Studio reserves the right to update this Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
