- The duration of the service varies depending on the length and complexity of the chosen hairstyle; please do not book an appointment on the same day as an event, as we will not rush any work (including Microlocs and all other styles).
- Your hair must be freshly washed, free of any products, and blow-dried prior to your appointment. Alternatively, if you would prefer to have this done here, we can do it for you for an additional $25 fee. - The remaining balance must be paid IN CASH ,ZELLE,CASH UP or CREDIT Card ! THANK YOU.
Please Note: We record "before and after" videos of our clients; please let us know when booking if you are not comfortable being on camera. Thank you! Clients suffering from alopecia are required to complete a consultation (either virtual or in-person) before we can schedule your service.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling Any appointment must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of a same-day cancellation or a no-show (failure to appear), the full cost of the service will be charged to the credit card on file in your client record. Any cancellation or request to reschedule will result in the forfeiture of your deposit; you will then be required to book a new appointment, which will entail additional booking fees. Additional Policies Please notify me in advance if you anticipate arriving late. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform me within the required timeframe; in most cases, I will do my utmost to find a solution with you, provided that proper communication is established. Thank you for your understanding and support. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, you have 72 hours to notify us; after this period, we are unable to perform any rework or adjustments.
